Job description
- Manage daily financial operations.
- Prepare and monitor budgets.
- Track revenue and expenses.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Reconcile platform transactions.
- Monitor advertiser campaign payments.
- Monitor creator payouts and payment schedules.
- Manage escrow-related financial records in coordination with the relevant payment/technology partners.
- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Monitor cash flow.
- Prepare financial forecasts.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage invoices and receipts.
- Coordinate tax and statutory obligations with external advisers where applicable.
- Monitor commissions, platform fees and subscription revenue.
- Identify financial irregularities and escalate them.
- Provide financial reports to the CEO.
- Develop financial controls to minimise fraud and errors.
